Ingredients
  

Beef and Marinade
  • 500 grams beef sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper red sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Rice
  • 2 cups rice uncooked
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Method
 

Prepare the Beef
  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and chili flakes for 15 minutes.
Cook the Rice
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Fry the Beef
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated beef until crispy.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Make the Sauce
  1. Add hoisin sauce and vinegar to the pan, mixing well.
Serve
  1. Serve the crispy beef over the cooked rice.
