  • 500 grams baby octopus
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean the baby octopus by removing the beak and innards, then rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the cleaned octopus in the flour mixture until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Fry the coated octopus in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
