Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
Coating
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Garlic Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake Chicken
  1. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make Garlic Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  2. Sauté until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Serve the chicken with the garlic sauce drizzled on top and garnish with parsley.
