Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup pickles chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, pickles, and dill to the bowl and mix gently until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
