Sardines
  • 500 grams fresh sardines cleaned and scaled
Batter
  • 100 grams flour for coating
  • 1 cup water to mix with flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Oil
  • 500 milliliters vegetable oil for frying

Preparation
  1. Clean and scale the sardines, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt to create a batter.
Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Dip each sardine in the batter and carefully place them in the hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove sardines and drain on paper towels.
