  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then cool them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the curry powder, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and olive oil to make the dressing.
