Carrot Filling
  • 4 medium carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 can crescent roll dough

Method
 

Prepare the Carrots
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the mixture and stir until well coated.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  2. Place a spoonful of the carrot mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  3. Place the rolled carrots on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
