Ingredients
  

Lamb Skewers
  • 1 pound lamb shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinade
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread marinated lamb onto skewers.
  3. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lamb is cooked to desired doneness.
