Pasta Salad Base
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni cooked and cooled
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup green onions sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, black pepper, chopped celery, and sliced green onions.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
