Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts skinless
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Sandwich Assembly
  • 4 buns sandwich buns toasted
  • 4 slices cheese optional
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 4 slices pickles

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, pickle juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Place grilled chicken on toasted buns, add cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles as desired.
