Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Serving
  • 4 pitas pita bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup cucumbers sliced

Method
 

Marinate Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, shawarma spice mix, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Cook Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Assemble Shawarma
  1. Place the cooked chicken in pita bread and top with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
