Bread
  • 1 loaf French bread cubed
Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup maple syrup for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Place the cubed French bread in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the bread.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm with maple syrup.
