  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Method
 

Prepare the Mint Patty Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, softened butter, peppermint extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate the patties for about 30 minutes until firm.
Coat the Patties
  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. Dip each mint patty into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Return the chocolate-coated patties to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
