Ingredients
  

Bread Dough
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Crunch Topping
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Make the Crunch Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, mix rice flour, water, and salt until smooth.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.
Bake the Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shape the risen dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  3. Spread the crunch topping over the loaf.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
