  • 4 medium Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime Lime juiced
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the onion and jalapeño.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
