Mousse Base
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 2 tablespoons espresso strongly brewed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Mousse
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate and espresso until well combined.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
Serve
