Ingredients
  

Falafel Mixture
  • 1 cup chickpeas cooked or canned
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour for binding

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and flour. Blend until smooth.
Cook the Waffles
  1. Preheat the waffle maker. Once ready, pour the falafel mixture into the waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
