  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
  2. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Add the diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and ginger.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
