  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar granulated
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond meal

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the oranges in water for about 2 hours until soft.
  3. Puree the boiled oranges in a food processor.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add the orange puree, baking powder, and almond meal to the egg mixture and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool before serving.
