Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large Egg
Add-ins
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll out to about 1 inch thick.
  7. Cut out biscuits using a round cutter and place on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
