  • 3/4 cup Water Adjust as needed
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt Plain, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons Oil For cooking

Method
 

Making the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add yogurt and water, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Cooking the Naan
  1. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  3. Cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite dishes.
