- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add halloumi slices and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Assemble Bowl
- Serve quinoa mixture in bowls and top with fried halloumi.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
