Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits such as berries, kiwi, and mango

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms.
  2. Press the dough into tartlet pans and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the crusts for 15 minutes or until golden.
Make the filling
  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assemble the tartlets
  1. Fill the cooled crusts with the cream cheese mixture and top with fresh fruits.
