Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup Milk or cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Mash and Mix
  1. Add the minced garlic, butter, and milk to the potatoes.
  2. Mash until smooth and creamy, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
