Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 large egg
Topping
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits such as berries, kiwi, and mango
  • 1 cup whipped cream for serving

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Press the dough into the tart pan evenly and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
Assemble the tart
  1. Once the crust is cooled, top it with mixed fresh fruits. Serve with whipped cream.
