Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 cookies Golden Oreos crushed
  • 5 tablespoons butter melted
Filling
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream for topping
  • 12 cookies Golden Oreos chopped

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Make the filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
Assemble the cheesecake
  1. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serve
  1. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
