Method
Prepare the crust
- Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Make the filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
Assemble the cheesecake
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serve
- Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
