Pasta Salad Ingredients
  • 8 oz pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
