Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup avocado diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together diced mango, avocado, lime juice, and cilantro.
Serve
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the grill and top with the mango avocado mixture before serving.
