Ingredients
  

Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
Peach Glaze
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
Orange Habanero Mojo
  • 1 orange zest and juice
  • 1 habanero pepper finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Pork Tenderloin
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the pork on the grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Make the Peach Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
Prepare the Mojo
  1. In another bowl, mix orange zest, orange juice, chopped habanero, minced garlic, olive oil, and cilantro.
Finish the Dish
  1. Brush the peach glaze over the pork during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  2. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Slice the pork and serve with the orange habanero mojo.
