Prepare the Pork Tenderloin
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Sear the pork on the grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Make the Peach Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, combine peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Mix well until smooth.
Prepare the Mojo
- In another bowl, mix orange zest, orange juice, chopped habanero, minced garlic, olive oil, and cilantro.
Finish the Dish
- Brush the peach glaze over the pork during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the pork and serve with the orange habanero mojo.
