  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup spinach
Grains
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Cooking the Turkey
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and fully cooked.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Add the diced bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  2. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Mix in the cooked quinoa and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Serving
