Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 onion cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini cut into chunks

Method
 

Marinate Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Add chicken cubes and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Prepare Kebabs
  1. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers. Thread marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
