Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs for coating
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce for topping
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
