Ingredients
  

Pancake Base
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
Toppings
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup syrup for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  3. Serve with syrup and additional toppings if desired.
