Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetables chopped, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add in any chopped vegetables if using and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the molds on the trivet.
  5. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then allow for a natural release.
  6. Carefully remove the molds and let the egg bites cool slightly before serving.
