Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add in any chopped vegetables if using and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the molds on the trivet.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then allow for a natural release.
- Carefully remove the molds and let the egg bites cool slightly before serving.
