  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/4 cup raisins optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add grated carrots, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into jars or containers for storage.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soak.
