Ingredients
  

Burger Patty
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Toppings
  • 4 slices Cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 4 buns Burger buns

Method
 

Prepare the Patty
  1. In a food processor, combine chopped mushrooms and walnuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mushroom-walnut mixture with breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
Cook the Patty
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Assemble the Burger
  1. Place the cooked patty on a bun and top with cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
  2. Serve immediately.
