Sardines
  • 8 pieces sardines cleaned and gutted
Crust Mixture
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably Italian seasoned
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff the sardines with the crust mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the sardines.

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
