Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture boils.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the jelly beans until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
