  • 1 cup rice white or brown
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
