Kulfi Ice Cream Bars

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups full-fat milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Once cooled, stir in the sweetened condensed milk and chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, remove from molds and enjoy.
