Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients
  • 2 cups lentil flour
  • 1 cup water adjust as needed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for flavor
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 cups tomato sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. In a bowl, mix lentil flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into desired pasta shapes.
  4. Boil water in a pot, add the pasta, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, vegetable broth, garlic powder, and dried basil.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes to blend the flavors.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce in a serving bowl.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy your lentil pasta!
