Carrots
  • 1 pound Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the carrots are well coated.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
