Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Matcha Layer
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together matcha powder and coconut milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the matcha mixture over the almond butter base in the muffin tin.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
