Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Filling
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and vegetable oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and sugar until well combined.
Shape and Steam
  1. Divide the dough into small pieces and flatten each piece.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling in the center and fold the dough over to seal.
  3. Place the buns in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
