Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 300 grams Spaghetti or any pasta of choice
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Miso Paste white or red
  • 200 ml Cream or coconut cream for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Making Sauce
  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.
  2. Add miso paste, cream, and soy sauce, stirring until well combined.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Combining
  1. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame oil if desired.
