Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 500 grams chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and oil to make the marinade.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
