Mussels
  • 2 pounds fresh mussels cleaned and debearded
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Topping
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the cleaned mussels to the pot and cover, cooking until they open.
  4. Transfer the mussels to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
