Prepare Ice Cream Layers
- Layer the softened ice creams in a mold, starting with vanilla, then chocolate, and finally strawberry. Freeze until firm.
Prepare Cake Layer
- Bake the cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool.
Make Meringue
- Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar and vanilla, whipping until stiff peaks form.
Assemble and Bake
- Place the ice cream layers on top of the cooled cake layer, then spread the meringue on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (232°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden.
