No-bake Matcha Tiramisu

Ingredients
  

Cream Mixture
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
Coffee Mixture
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur optional
Ladyfingers
  • 24 ladyfingers
Topping
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder for dusting

Method
 

Prepare Cream Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and matcha powder until smooth and creamy.
Prepare Coffee Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
Assemble Tiramisu
  1. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly, then layer them in the bottom of a 9x9 inch dish.
  2. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cream mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, dust the top with matcha powder.
