Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
Rice
  • 3 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
Sauces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Seasonings
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.

  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stir to combine.
